Step-by-step instructions to easily assemble your INOVATIV Deploy workstation cart.

Deploy Workstation Assembly

1. 1 Begin by carefully cutting the nylon straps surrounding the shipping carton, and remove the top lid of the shipping carton. 2 Remove and place the cardboard flat-panel on the ground next to box. 3 Remove Deploy Main Frame Assembly (1) and place front side down on the cardboard flat-panel so the Rear Wheel Brackets are facing up.

2. 1 Using the Deploy Rear Wheel Hardware (items 4-8), follow the stacking order pictured below and install the Deploy Rear Wheels to the Rear Wheel Brackets. You will need (2) 3/4”
end-wrenches to properly tighten the hardware. Tighten until the hardware is snug, but still allowing the wheel to move freely.

3. 1 By grabbing the rear of the cart, pull up and carefully place the workstation on its backside flat on the cardboard so that the front Dovetails are facing upward. 2 Open Cam-Lever on 8” EVO Wheel, and slide each wheel onto each Dovetail so that when the Cam-Lever is tightened/closed the Cam-Lever is facing outward. Facing the Cam-Lever outward will give you easy access to remove the wheel.

4. Carefully lift the workstation so that it is standing in its upright position.

Separating the Top and Bottom Sections

With the workstation standing in its upright position, remove the (4) 3/8-16 comfort knobs (2 on each side) from the Stack Bracket. By holding the front handle and the rear accessory mount, you can now safely remove the top section.

Removing the Cover Panels

You can remove the Cover Panels using a 5/32 Allen Key and removing the (4) 1/4-20 x 3/8” bolts on each panel.

Setting the Combination Drawer Lock

1.    The factory combination is set at “0-0-0”.
2.    The combination must be set on the factory number prior to resetting.
3.    On the underside outer edge of the lock there is a hole for the code reset button. Rotate the face of the cam until the code reset button comes into view.
4.    Depress the pin with a paper clip and keep it pushed in.
5.    Set your personal combination by turning dials to the desired combination digits.
6.    Release the reset button and your combination is set.
7.    To lock, rotate lock to “locked” position. Rotate one or more digit dials after lock is closed. To open lock, turn dials to personal combination.
