INOVATIV provides each original retail purchaser of a new INOVATIV product with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Except as otherwise provided below, INOVATIV, Inc. (“INOVATIV”) warrants, to the original user, its workstations and accessory products (other than tires, tubes, and hydraulic brakes) to be free of mechanical defects in material and workmanship under “normal use” (defined below) for the shorter of the following periods: (a) five (5) years from the date placed in service by the original user.
INOVATIV warrants its tires and tubes to be free of mechanical defects in material and workmanship under normal use for thirty (30) days from the date placed in service by the original user. In addition, INOVATIV warrants its hydraulic brake system to be free of mechanical defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date placed in service by the original user.
The warranty provided for herein shall be limited to parts and labor. Any determination that a product is defective or covered by this warranty, shall be made by INOVATIV, in its sole discretion. The determination of whether to repair or replace a defective, covered product, or to refund the purchase price for the product, will be at INOVATIV’s sole discretion.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, negligence of any person other than INOVATIV, fire, flood or other casualty. Any alteration to the product or unauthorized repair voids this warranty.
For purposes of this warranty, the phrase, “normal use” shall mean the use of the product in connection with transporting equipment not heavier than what the product is rated for. INOVATIV shall be responsible only for repairs or replacements of defective parts performed by INOVATIV’s authorized service personnel. Authorized service agencies are located in principal cities throughout the continental United States, Europe, and Japan.
TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty applies to Model Year 2014 and newer workstations and accessories and covers ONLY INOVATIV branded products. Any other original component or part will be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. Customers who purchased an INOVATIV workstation or accessory between 2011-2013, will retain the warranty that was implied at the time of purchase.
The Limited Warranty is conditioned upon the workstation or accessory being operated under normal conditions and use, and properly maintained.
To exercise the rights under this Limited Warranty, the workstation or accessory must be presented to an authorized INOVATIV dealer, together with a written proof of purchase which identifies the product by model and serial number if applicable.
Only authorized INOVATIV dealers are authorized to perform warranty service under this Limited Warranty. Should the workstation or accessory, or any part be determined by INOVATIV to be covered by this Limited Warranty, it will be repaired or replaced, at INOVATIV’s sole option. If your workstation or accessory is a Limited Edition, be aware that an exact warranty replacement may not be possible.
The original owner shall pay all labor charges connected with the repair or replacement of all parts.
Under no circumstances does this Limited Warranty include the cost of travel or shipment to and from an authorized INOVATIV dealer. Such costs, if any, shall be borne by the original owner.
Every INOVATIV workstation and accessory has a useful product life cycle. Nonstandard use, including without limitation, exposure of the product to humid, warm, ocean conditions and/or exposure to salinity (whether from salt water, sweat, salinity in the air) is likely to cause corrosion of the product and will shorten the product life cycle. You are advised to clean your product regularly to avoid such corrosion.
ALL INOVATIV PRODUCTS SHOULD BE PERIODICALLY CHECKED BY AN AUTHORIZED INOVATIV RESELLER for indicators of stress, potential problems, inappropriate use, or abuse.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts (as listed below) are subject to damage as a result of normal use, failure to service according to INOVATIV’s recommendations and/or using in conditions or applications other than recommended.
- Corrosion.
- Damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Improper assembly or installation.
- Improper alteration or installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the INOVATIV product as sold.
- Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals per manufacturer specifications
- Non-genuine INOVATIV products including without limitation counterfeit products.
- INOVATIV products not purchased new from an authorized INOVATIV dealer.

THIS IS A FULL AND COMPLETE STATEMENT OF INOVATIV’S LIMITED WARRANTY. INOVATIV DOES NOT AUTHORIZE OR ALLOW ANYONE, INCLUDING ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS, TO EXTEND ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR INOVATIV. NO OTHER REPRESENTATION, AND NO STATEMENT OF ANYONE BUT INOVATIV, INCLUDING A DEMONSTRATION OF ANY KIND BY ANYONE, SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THIS INOVATIV WORKSTATION OR ACCESSORY. ALL OF THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER ARE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. IT IS AGREED THAT INOVATIV’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL INOVATIV BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. If any provision is found unenforceable, only that provision shall be stricken and all others shall apply.
