      Instructions: Top Drawer for Echo / Voyager

      Step-by-step instructions to install your INOVATIV Top Drawer for Echo / Voyager workstation cart.

      Tools Needed:
      5/32 Allen Key, 3/32 Allen Key, 11/32 End Wrench, 7/16 End Wrench

      Box Contents:

      1. (1) Top Drawer 6. (1) 1/4-20 x 1/2 Bolt
      2. (1) Short Lock Stop (Ranger / Voyager) 7. (1) Drawer Slide Bracket with Slide Installed
      3. (1) Long Lock Stop (Echo Only) 8. (6) 8/32 Bolt
      4. (2) 18” Non-Easy Close (Not Installed) 9. (6) 8/32 Keep Nut
      5. (6) 1/4”-20 x 5/8 Bolt and Nylock 10. (1) Combo Lock with Cam Plate

      Begin with installing the two drawer slides (#4) onto the top drawer. See below the specified location for mounting the drawer slides to the drawer depending on the workstation model. Use the 8/32 (#7) and Keep Nuts (#8) to install the slide to the drawer. After the slides are installed, connect the Drawer Slide Brackets (#6) to the slides installed on the drawer.

      Looking at the bottom of the Echo and Ranger Top Pan

      Poke holes going through the pan from carpet-side down, through the pre-drilled holes, marked above. Install the correct Lock Stop (#2 or #3) to the top shelf Lock Stop location (Red) by threading a 1/4”-20 x 1/2 bolt through the carpet side of the pan into the Lock Stop.

      Place the entire Top Drawer Assembly upside-down onto the upside-down Top Pan. Align the Drawer Slide Brackets to the holes (Blue). Using the 1/4”-20 x 5/8 bolts, push the bolts through the Top Pan, carpet side, through the Drawer Slide Brackets. Connect the 1/4”-20 Nylocks to each of the bolts. Use a 5/32 Allen Key and 7/16 End Wrench to tighten all bolts.

      Poke holes going through the pan from carpet-side down, through the pre-drilled holes, marked above. Install the correct Lock Stop (#2 or #3) to the top shelf Lock Stop location (Red) by threading a 1/4”-20 x ½  bolt through the carpet side of the pan into the Lock Stop.

      Place the entire Top Drawer Assembly upside-down onto the upside-down Top Pan. Align the Drawer Slide Brackets to the holes (Blue). Using the 1/4”-20 x 5/8 bolts, push the bolts through the Top Pan, carpet side, through the Drawer Slide Brackets. Connect the 1/4”-20 Nylocks to each of the bolts. Use a 5/32 Allen Key and 7/16 End Wrench to tighten all bolts.

      SETTING THE COMBINATION DRAWER LOCK

      1. The factory combination is set at “0-0-0”.
      2. The combination must be set on the factory number prior to resetting.
      3. On the underside outer edge of the lock there is a hole for the code reset button. Rotate the face of the cam until the code reset button comes into view.
      4. Depress the pin with a paper clip and keep it pushed in.
      5. Set your personal combination by turning dials to the desired combination digits.
      6. Release the reset button and your combination is set.
      7. To lock, rotate lock to “locked” position. Rotate one or more digit dials after lock is closed. To open lock, turn dials to personal combination.
