Step-by-step instructions to easily assemble your INOVATIV Voyager EVO X workstation cart.
The Voyager's quick tool-less setup is a result of the unique and proprietary design of the INOVATIV dovetail caster receiver + rail system. This transforms the Voyager from a compact case to a functional and mobile workstation cart. The caster installation is simple and intuitive, and the following instructions will get you up and running quickly.

Voyager EVO X Models include:
3x Threaded Rail Plates with Voyager 30 EVO X (Pre-Installed)
4x Threaded Rail Plates with Voyager 36 and 42 EVO X (Pre-Installed)
Assembling Your Voyager
1. Disengage the 2x pack latches on each side of the cart.
2. Set Top Pan aside and remove Wheels and Crossbars from the pans.
3. Raise all four corner posts, making sure the pin is snug in the hinge bracket.
4. Install crossbars, with knobs facing in and logos upright. Make sure the Crossbar with bumpers is on the skate-wheel side of the cart.
5. Install Top Shelf by lining up the shelf cups with the posts. Depress the locking buttons located on the top of the posts. Top shelf will snap into place.
6. There are two triangle cutouts on one narrow side of each shelf. Make sure
they are on the same side when assembling. (Triangles will point at each other
when collapsed)
7. Tilt cart up 90 degrees, resting on bumpers.
8. Remove Wheels from bags and install the Fixed Wheels on bottom dovetail. Make
sure the orange lever faces the inside of the cart and clamps outward.
9. Install Swivel Wheels on top dove tail. Again, make sure the orange lever
faces the inside of the cart and clamps outward.
10. Tilt cart down onto wheels, release the foot brakes, and you’re ready to roll!
