Why are prices sometimes higher for customers internationally?

It is possible that when purchasing through an international reseller you may notice that the product price is higher than what you see on our American website (inovativ.com). Our international resellers set product pricing that often includes what is known as "landed cost." This cost includes import duties and taxes that our international resellers pay when they import our products into their country. These costs are then incorporated into the final price of the product by our resellers. Landed costs are handled exclusively by our international partners and are a standard part of doing business internationally, which explains the price variations you might see in different regions. INOVATIV does not profit from or advise our resellers on setting a landed price.

Please note that the prices at inovativ.com are set to MSRP pricing, only adjusting for currency conversion from USD to your local currency.

Additionally, it is important for our international customers to understand that duties and taxes are their responsibility upon receiving the product upon delivery. Whether you purchase directly from us, which might seem like a lower cost option, or from a local partner at what appears to be a higher cost, the overall expense tends to even out when considering the duties and taxes that must be paid. The key difference lies in the timing of these payments. When you buy from a local partner, the final price, which includes the landed cost, is presented upfront. Alternatively, if you order directly from us, a US-based company, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery. This distinction is crucial in understanding the total cost of acquisition regardless of the purchase method.
