      Instructions: Bottom Drawer for AXIS Case and Digi Platforms

      Step-by-step instructions to install your INOVATIV Bottom Drawer for AXIS Case and Digi Platforms.

      Box Contents:

      (1) Bottom Drawer (Combo Lock and Sides Installed)  (6) 1/4-20 x 5/8” (for Case Platform)
      (2) Bottom Drawer Brackets (6) 1/4-20 x 1/2” (for Digi Platform)
      (2) Drawer Slides (Receiver Side) (6) 1/4-20 Nylocks
      (1) Lock Stop and 1/4-20 x 1/2” Button Head Allen Bolt (6) 8-32 x 5/16L and Keep Nuts

      Mounting the Drawer Slides

      Case Platform

      Attach the Drawer Slide (Receiver Side) using the (6) 8-32 x 5/16”L bolt and Keep Nuts to the (2) Bottom Drawer Brackets. NOTE: The Bottom Drawer Brackets are identical to each other and the Receiver Slides may already be mounted to the Bottom Drawer Brackets.

      Digi Platform

      Attach the Drawer Slide (Receiver Side) using the (6) 8-32 x 5/16”L bolt and Keep Nuts to the (2) Bottom Drawer Brackets. NOTE: The Bottom Drawer Brackets are identical to each other and the Receiver Slides may already be mounted to the Bottom Drawer Brackets.

      Mounting the Bottom Drawer Brackets

      Case Platform

      Using the (6) 1/4-20 x 5/8” Bolts, bring the Bottom Drawer Bracket’s underneath the Case Platform, inside, and drive the bolts from the outside-in through the Bottom Drawer Brackets. Use the (6) Nylocks to tighten everything down.

      Digi Platform

      Using the (6) 1/4-20 x 1/2” Bolts, bring the Bottom Drawer Bracket’s underneath the Digi Platform and drive the bolts from above through the Bottom Drawer Brackets. Use the (6) Nylocks to tighten everything down.

      Installing the Drawer

      Case Platform

      1. Align the drawer with the receiver slides under the Case Platform. Once aligned, push the drawer in-ward, connecting the drawer slides together.

      2. Once the drawer is connected, add the Lock Stop to the underside of the Case Platform, attaching it using the (1) 1/4-20 x 1/2” BHA.

      Digi Platform

      1. Align the drawer with the receiver slides under the Digi Platform. Once aligned, push the drawer in-ward, connecting the drawer slides together.

      2. Once the drawer is connected, add the Lock Stop to the underside of the Digi Platform, attaching it using the (1) 1/4-20 x 1/2” BHA.

      SETTING THE COMBINATION DRAWER LOCK

      1. The factory combination is set at “0-0-0”.
      2. The combination must be set on the factory number prior to resetting.
      3. On the underside outer edge of the lock there is a hole for the code reset button. Rotate the face of the cam until the code reset button comes into view.
      4. Depress the pin with a paper clip and keep it pushed in…
      5. Set your personal combination by turning dials to the desired combination digits.
      6. Release the reset button and your combination is set.
      7. To lock, rotate lock to “locked” position. Rotate one or more digit dials after lock is closed. To open lock, turn dials to personal combination.
