Step-by-step instructions to install your INOVATIV Insight Monitor Mounting System to the Echo / Ranger workstation carts.
These instructions are specific to the Echo and Ranger 30 size workstations. Though the jigs look different, the process is exactly the same for both 36 and 48 size workstations.
Tools Needed for Assembly: 5/32 Allen Key, Hi-Speed Drill, Large C-Clamp

Insert Part (A) into parts (B) and (C). Screw bolt (D) through part (A) hole, circled in red. Note: Part (A) is not threaded. Screwing the bolt into part (A) will take some pressure, and this is normal.
Flip the top shelf upside down, front of the shelf facing away from you (green arrows). Locate the “Left” Jig around the left Shelf-Cup (blue) pushing part (A) flat against the back of the top shelf. If you have a large c-clamp, clamp the Jigs in place. Otherwise, holding the Jig firmly in place and using the supplied 1/8” drill bit and with your drill set to “high-speed”, drill through the 6 pilot holes in the Jig. Note: You will be pressing through the carpet on the underside of the shelf. Follow these same steps for drilling the right side.
Using the supplied 5/16 drill bit, go through each pilot hole drilled in the previous step and make the holes larger. Setting your drill to “High-Speed” will ensure the drill bit does not get stuck in the process of increasing the hole size. Note: There are (2) pre-drilled holes (red) for the top drawer. Disregard these holes, do not drill.
