Insight Monitor Mounting System Instructions for the Deploy

Step-by-step instructions to install your INOVATIV Insight Monitor Mounting System for the Deploy workstation cart.

These instructions are specific to the Apollo 52.  
Apollo 40 installation is identical. Refer to page 7 for a detailed breakdown of hardware.

Tools Needed: 3/16 Allen Key, 5/32 Allen Key

Box Contents:

1. (2) Insight Mast Assembly 3. (2) System Bracket
2. (2) Insight Cross-tubes 4. (2) Pro Ultra Arm

1. On the Deploy top shelf, loosen the rubber star knobs installed in the Deploy's Clamp Brackets.

2. Insert both Mast Assemblies into the Deploy's Clamp Brackets and loosely re-install the rubber star knobs.

3. Remove the (4) Thumbscrews and the (2) Cross-tube Plugs on each of the (2) Mast Assemblies.

4. Slide each Cross-tube into the Mast Assembly as shown.

5. Loosen the System Bracket Thumbscrews and slide the System Brackets over the Cross-tubes.

6. Move the System Bracket on the Cross-tube by slide the System Bracket with pressure applied around the top bushing only. Position your System Bracket where you would like the center of the Pro Ultra Arm to be connected. Once the System Brackets  are in their desired locations, tighten the thumbscrews by hand, locking them in place. Using the 3/16 Allen Key, tighten further to secure the from any movement. Re-connect the Cross-tube Plugs and Mast Assembly Thumbscrews and tighten using the 3/16 Allen key. Add the Pro Ultra Arms to the System Brackets. First insert the smaller 5/16 Bolt, then the thumbscrew. Tighten both with the supplied 3/16 Allen Key.

7. Add the VESA Plate Assembly to the Pro Ultra Arm and secure with the Rubber Knob in the Rotation setting if you would like to keep the monitor free for rotation.

8. Add the VESA Plate Assembly to the Pro Ultra Arm and secure with the Rubber Knob in the Lock setting if you would like to keep the monitor locked in either vertical or horizontal position.

9. Note: The 3/16 Allen Key storage area on the Pro Ultra Arm. This is where the tool should be kept.

11. You are now prepared to attach your monitors and start using the Insight Monitor Mounting System.
