Apollo Workstation Carts

If you are installing a bottom drawer to an Apollo cart, please use the below templates to determine location for mounting. NOTE: You will NOT need the provided 1/4-20 Nylon Locknuts to mount an Apollo bottom drawer. All Apollo carts have threaded inserts installed in the bottom shelf.

1. Using the below template as a reference, remove, by unscrewing, the 6 existing 1/4-20 bolts from the underside of the bottom shelf. These 6 are currently screwed into the threaded inserts in the location of the bottom drawer.

2. Large Bottom Drawer Brackets on the bottom side of the lower shelf.

3. Using the provided 1/4-20, 5/8" Long BHA Bolts, slowly begin to mount the drawer brackets to the existing threaded inserts located in the bottom shelf.

4. Connect the Large Bottom Drawer to the Large Bottom Drawer Bracket by aligning the slides and pushing in. Check fit by sliding the drawer in and out, it should be smooth.

5, Connect the Short Lock Stop to the centered hole in the bottom shelf again using the template below as reference. You will need to punch through the carpet and pass the bolt through the bottom shelf into the lock stop – do not tighten and be sure to use the loctite thread-locker provided.

6. Make sure the Combo Lock locking lever is in its unlocked position. Close the drawer, rotate the lock to its locked position and slide the Short Lock Stop as close to the locking lever as possible and then tighten.

7. Reset your Combo Lock.
